All goods are made to order and take 10 working days to dispatch. On receipt of an order we will respond with a shipment date within 1 working day. We ship all of our orders by registered post with FedEx or An Post Couriers. Our shipping costs are as follows:
Shipping to Ireland
Registered post within Ireland: FREE. We will email you your tracking number when your item is dispatched. Usually a next day delivery service.
Shipping to USA & Rest of World
Registered post service: FREE. We will email you your tracking number when your item is dispatched. Usually items are delivered within 10 days.
Overnight Service: €28. This is an overnight service with FedEx. We will email you your tracking details.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us at [email protected] and we can arrange a replacement or return. Your item will be refunded on receipt of the product back to our workshops. Please note that we do not accept returns on personalised items. In the unlikely event of the item you ordered being defective we will replace or repair as soon as is possible.
