Swiss Blue Topaz – Now when we talk about blue topaz we have to remember that there are three different types – Sky Blue, London Blue and Swiss Blue.  Swiss Blue Topaz is the most premium and sought after of the 3 because it is such a bright, vivid electric blue colour.  That’s the reason we wanted to use it in this ring, as we only wanted to use gemstones that would really grab your attention with their colour and luster.

The trinity knot is one of the most important Celtic symbols, representing the never ending circle of life and love as it has no beginning and no end, constantly weaving and in this case dancing and sparkling in the light.  It can be found in ancient Irish manuscripts, and is also said to represent the Holy Trinity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.  In Ireland we are so blessed to be surrounded with a rich heritage of art and symbolism.  To be able to use a design like the trinity knot, which is 1000s of years old, to represent such powerful sentiments as the ETERNITY of life and the ETERNITY of love is such an honour and a privilege.
