Conditions of Use
No contract will exist between you and www.jmhjewellery.com for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until www.jmhjewellery.com confirms that it has accepted and dispatched your order. Cancellations Policy
Items featured on the site are held in stock, and every effort will be made to complete an order to customer requirement. No liability is accepted where www.jmhjewellery.com is unable to complete an order. The customer’s statutory rights are unaffected. These Terms and Conditions, and all matters connected with any order you place on our website, are governed by Irish law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts in relation to all matters connected with, or arising out of, the website or any order you place on the website.

Pricing Policy
All products on our website are displayed in Euro(€) & Dollar($). Duty costs are included in the dollar($) price when shipping to USA. Canadian and Australian customers are responsible for their own duty costs. For sale of these goods to other countries, local import taxes may be payable by the customer for which www.jmhjewellery.com accepts no liability. Other items on our site may be liable for VAT and in these circumstances the price will include VAT.
We are entitled to make adjustments to our prices to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties, due to an error or omission or the price for the product on the website is wrong.
Discount Vouchers
Discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. Only 1 discount voucher can be used per transaction. Vouchers are valid for one transaction per person.
Product Availability
All of the products featured on our website have been carefully selected. If an item sells out we will take it off the website at the earliest opportunity and it may not be made available again. If items that you order should be out of stock, or delayed for any reason, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability.
Payment
We accept monies through PayPal.
Delivery Details
All goods are made to order and take 10 working days to dispatch. On receipt of an order we will respond with a shipment date within 1 working day. We ship all of our orders by registered post with FedEx or An Post Couriers. Our shipping costs are as follows:
Shipping to Ireland
- Registered post within Ireland: €7.50
Shipping to USA & Rest of World
Duty costs are included in the dollar($) price when shipping to USA. Canadian and Australian customers are responsible for their own duty costs.
- Up to 0.5kgs: €28 overnight service with Fed Ex
- 0.5kgs - 2kg: €35 overnight service with Fed Ex
- Above 2kg: €38 overnight service
